Scan in a Box's website and its related applications detect, during their ordinary operation, some data (which transmission is implied in the World Wide Web communication protocol) not related to users that are directly identifiable. These data can include the IP addresses and the Domain Names of the users' computers that are connected to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of request, the method that is used to submit the request to the server, the file's size that is generated in response, the numeric code that specifies the server response state (error, successful ending, etc.) and other parameters concerning the Operating System and the users' informatics environment. These data are managed, for the time strictly necessary, at sole purpose to obtain anonymous statistics on the website use and to check its regular operation.

Email addresses are specified through different channels in Scan in a box's website. Any email sent to these addresses along with filling in any of the website format allows and entails the acquired data to be processed to answer to user's question and/or supply services.
